When choosing a hotel for a meeting there a many factors to consider. You could stay in a hotel close to where the meeting is held in order to save both money on taxi bills and help protect the environment. 

You could also stay longer; have more than one meeting or combine meetings with a technical visit. Or perhaps stay for a weekend at your leisure? There are a few labels that state that the hotel is doing an effort for the environment. The two most common and widely accepted ones are the Green Key and The Nordic Swan.
