New CO2-neutral hotel opened in Copenhagen

On 16 November 2009 a new CO2-neutral hotel opened in Copenhagen. The name of the new four star hotel is Crown Plaza Copenhagen Towers, and it is situated in Ørestad just six kilometers from downtown Copenhagen. The vision of the hotel is to be one of the world’s greenest hotels, and the hotel already meets all EU requirements for green buildings, and is certified under the international "Green Key" standard.
